A Pokemon leaker, who has been right numerous times in the past, posts an image potentially hinting at new Scarlet and Violet details.

[UPDATE: Khu has suggested that this was, indeed, an April Fools’ Day prank. Original story follows.]

Game Freak revealed so little in its Pokemon Scarlet and Violet reveal that it’s no surprise rumors and speculation began to flood in so soon after. Some fans are simply making their own versions of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s starters, while others are trying to piece together clues. All in all, there’s a lot that went unsaid and many are hoping more official information comes soon.

In the meantime, it’s always important to understand where information is coming from, and now new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet rumors have come way of a Riddler Khu leak. The thing is, Riddler Khu has a proven track record—accurately leaking information about Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, as well as Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Khu also leaked what the grass and fire starter would look like ahead of their proper reveal, with Emojis.

That’s Khu’s style, for anyone who is unfamiliar. Khu doesn’t just post the information online, instead choosing to post them in the form of riddles. Khu had posted emojis indicating a grass cat and a fire crocodile before Sprigatito and Fuecoco were shown, which was easily decipherable, but some of his riddles are not. His latest leak comes in the form of a Pokemon Masters EX image, apparently filled with hints at Gen 9 info.

Now, this could be an April Fools’ joke, but that seems unlikely for Khu. Khu says there are about ten pieces of info in the image seen above, and his followers have tried to piece them together. The #9 would clearly hint at Gen 9, while many seem to agree that the numbers on the bottom hint at the new Pokemon and the new regional forms coming to the game. Namely, this could suggest that there are 151 new Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (perhaps alluding to the original 151), as well as 26 new forms.

Some also think the typing seen on the top right…
