For the best and fastest service, we encourage customers to shop online in advance and select “store pick” for free shipping!
Trade ins
We are currently accepting in store trades, offering e transfers on “cash” trades or store credit with our legendary 30% bonus!

Drop off trades – If you would like to help us limit the number of customers in store, you can drop off your trades to be processed by our staff. We will then contact you by telephone or email with your totals before finalizing your trades.
Buylist in advance – You can also visit buylist.facetofacegames.com and fill out a buylist yourself in advance to speed up the process!
Sit Down Trades – You are also welcome to stay while we process your trade, but be mindful we serve traders one at a time, first come first served, so during peak hours you may be asked to wait outside and contacted by telephone when you are next.
